I have been promising myself a visit to the Chiropodist for years & finally just before Xmas I made it. It was a very positive experience & I felt better for it.
More importantly Adrian spotted a dark brown smear on the bottom of my left foot which I was not aware of. How often do you look at the soles of your feet? He advised me to show it to my Doctor who referred me to QMC in Nottingham. To cut a long story short it was a malignant melanoma. (Skin Cancer) . City Hospital Nottingham removed it last week & hopefully that will be the end of it.
