Patients are reminded that every effort must be made to attend for their appointments.
Due to an increase in the number of patients who either fail to attend or cancel at very short notice, it has been necessary to implement a policy whereby charges are levied to cover for these lost appointments.
Patients must give a MINIMUM of 48 hours notice prior to their booked appointment.
Failure to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice or failing to attend for the appointment will result in the full charge of the appointment. This charge must be paid before any further appointment is given.
